I think between English communicating is more important since it is more useful in real life. English grammar is important but sometimes we don't have to use much grammar because can it is said that we can communicate well even we know just 40 % OF English grammar. What we have to know to learn is about function and foundation of English grammar such as how to greeting, how to introducing someone, or how to make a request. As i said that we don't have to know 100% grammar but we have to integrate grammar and communication in order to be good at communicating.
